SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Essential Service Provider Inc. — Miami, FL
Effective for all services rendered.
1. LABOR WARRANTY
Essential Service Provider Inc. warrants all labor performed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of service. This warranty applies solely to the specific repair completed. It does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, customer misuse, power surges, or damage caused by third parties. To request warranty service, contact us at (305) 515-0398 within the warranty period.
2. PARTS POLICY
All parts ordered or installed are final sale. Essential Service Provider Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges on any parts once they have been ordered on the customer's behalf, installed, or handed to the customer. Customers are encouraged to approve all parts before ordering.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — APPLIANCE REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Essential Service Provider Inc. shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages to cabinetry, countertops, flooring, walls, plumbing, electrical systems, or any surrounding structures that may result from the normal process of appliance removal, movement, installation, or repair. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the appliance and for disclosing any known fragile or unusual conditions in the surrounding area prior to service.
4. DIAGNOSTIC FEE
A diagnostic fee may apply for assessment of appliance issues. This fee is disclosed prior to service and may be applied toward the total repair cost if the customer approves the recommended repair.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance. The customer is responsible for clearing the work area prior to the technician's arrival. Essential Service Provider Inc. reserves the right to decline service in unsafe conditions.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is due upon completion of service. Essential Service Provider Inc. accepts debit and credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Unpaid balances may be subject to collections.
7. AUTHORIZATION
By signing an estimate or accepting service, the customer authorizes Essential Service Provider Inc. to perform the described work and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
